Boost Human Growth Hormone With Sermorelin and GHRP2

Posted on February 18, 2017 by Sean Breen
Human growth hormone (HGH) levels peak in adolescence through early adulthood and start to rapidly decline after the age of 30.  This decline is associated with an increase in body fat, loss of muscle mass, thinning of the skin, cognitive decline, and increased risk for cardiovascular disease. There are numerous published studies that demonstrate that replacing HGH levels to the optimal range reduces these symptoms and increases overall quality of life.  Physicians are now using sermorelin and growth hormone releasing peptides (GHRP2 and GHRP6) to boost HGH levels in men and women as an alternative to injecting HGH which is expensive

What is Anti-Aging Medicine?

Posted on February 17, 2016 by Sean Breen
In the last 10 years you may have noticed more and more doctors discussing anti-aging medicine.    I see anti-aging medicine as the future of how we approach patient care.   But what is is really?  I like to describe it as slowing down or reversing the symptoms of aging.  For example, if aging is less energy, declining memory, loss of sex drive, erectile dysfunction, weaker muscles, increasing body fat, declining hormones etc then anti aging medicine would mean to replenish hormones, improve memory,  improve sex drive, reverse erectile dysfunction etc.    The simplest example I can show you is the typical 42

Specifically the carotid ultrasound to look for thickness of the wall (intima media thickness) and for early plaque build up.

Can Human Growth Hormone Improve Memory and Cognitive Function?

Posted on August 9, 2012 by Sean Breen
A recent study published in the Archives of Neurology demonstrated an improvement in cognitive function in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI).   This supports other studies that demonstrate an improvement in memory and executive function in patients who took human growth hormone.   In this most recent study, patients received a Growth hormone releasing hormone analogue (tesmorelin) which increases the bodies natural production of growth hormone.   Patients also experienced a 7.4% reduction in body fat which is typical in patients who take HGH.    Why is this important?   Did you know that your chances of developing

Posted on August 9, 2012 by Sean Breen
Is Human Growth Hormone (HGH) safe?  The short answer is that when used in physiologic doses and levels are carefully monitored it is extremely safe.  Patients that use HGH experience a reduction in body fat, increases in lean muscle, have improvements in their cholesterol, sleep better, recover from workouts faster and even improvement in memory and cognition.   There are major medical studies that show patients who supplement with HGH have an improvement in “overall quality of life.” In this post I will discuss the risks, benefits and what the medical literature says regarding the use of HGH.   First
